Description

The Clinical Research Management Office (CRMO) is the administrative shared resource for the conduct of clinical research at the Kimmel Cancer Center and is under the direction of Maureen A. Morgan, MS The functions of the CRMO are to:

• Process and maintain records on all cancer trial protocols, protocol amendments, adverse drug reactions and INDs
• Coordinate clinical research activities including operational and financial functions  
• Insure regulatory compliance by establishing quality control measures and conducting audits on investigator initiated trials.

The CRMO also facilitates the Protocol Review process for all cancer trials as well as the Data and Safety Monitoring Board for Kimmel Cancer Center investigator initiated trials. The CRMO maintains the Clinical Research Database which contains data on patients enrolled in cancer research studies.
